The free advice clinic project is aimed at providing help to low-income families and seniors. The General Practice and Trial Law Section is partnering with the Georgia Legal Services Program in hosting the event.
In addition to Gainesville, the free advice clinics will be held in Albany, Augusta, Brunswick, Dalton, Columbus, Douglasville, Macon, Rome, Savannah, Waycross and Valdosta. Lawyers from the State Bar section will volunteer their time to provide free consultations in the areas of Consumer Law, Wills and Powers of Attorney and Family Law.
The Gainesville clinic will be held from 8:30-12:30 at the Senior Life Center on Prior Street.
