Fannin Co. man killed in Lumpkin Co. crash

DAHLONEGA - The victim of the fatal traffic accident in Lumpkin County Wednesday afternoon was 60-year-old David Alan Larson of McCaysville.

The state patrol released his name Thursday afternoon.

The wreck happened about 4:30 on Georgia Highway 19 at Brandywine Road, according to Lumpkin County Sheriff's spokesman Wesley Burnett.

Lt. Burnett says Larson's vehicle ran off the road and overturned.
