Boys basketball: North Hall gets defensive in win over Lumpkin

MURRAYVILLE -- North Hall turned on its patented defense early against Lumpkin County in Region 8A-AAA matchup.

The Trojans held Lumpkin to just 13 points in the first half en route to a 57-31 win at the North Hall gym.

Chris Barnes paced North Hall with 17 points as 11 different players scored.

The Trojans (13-7, 5-1 in subregion) play host to East Hall on Saturday while the Indians will play host to Stephens County on Tuesday.
