Boys basketball: Trojans win third straight subregion game

GAINESVILLE -- North Hall won its third straight Region 8A-AAA game with a 64-36 win over rival Chestatee Tuesday night at the Chestatee gym.

The Trojans (12-7, 4-1 in subregion) remained just one game behind Franklin County in the subregion race with the win. They will play host to Lumpkin County Friday in another key subregion matchup.

Ethan Smith paced North Hall with 12 points. C.J. Curry added 10 for the Trojans.
