Boys basketball: George Walton rallies past Lakeview

MONROE -- George Walton outscored Lakeview Academy 34-22 in the second half to rally for a 59-48 win in Region 8-A play.

The Lions (6-9) led 26-25 at halftime but the Bulldogs (9-3) used a 16-9 third quarter to take control of the game. They outscored Lakeview 18-13 in the fourth quarter.

Derek Fadool paced Lakeview with 15 points. Austin Pearson had 10 points for the Lions.

Lakeview Academy next will play host to Hebron Christian on Tuesday.
