Hall County releases SAT scores, outpaces state

GAINESVILLE - The Hall County School System outpaced the state of Georgia on SAT scores, posting an average score that is 12 points higher than the state average.

Hall County schools still lag behind the national average of 1509, a number that stayed flat for 2010.

Hall County schools and their average scores are listed below in alphabetical order.

Chestatee: 1519

East Hall: 1359

Flowery Branch: 1456

Johnson: 1419

North Hall: 1558

West Hall: 1466

SYSTEM: 1467
