CUMMING - A first court appearance is set for tomorrow for the adult suspects in the armed robbery and murder at the Ingle's grocery store on Canton Highway in Cumming.

Three adults and one juvenile are charged in Sunday night's fatal armed robbery. Going before a magistrate judge Wednesday will be 18-year-old Tyrice Adside of Cumming, 19-year-old Nakitta Holmes of Buford and 18-year-old Sharod Johnson of Cumming. All three are charged with armed robbery and murder.

A 16-year-old male from Buford also faces armed robbery and murder charges, but he has been charged as a juvenile.

A third man picked up when Adside and the juvenile were arrested has not been charged in the fatal robbery.

Holmes is believed to be the triggerman who shot and killed security guard David Castro, 37, at the store. Johnson is the store cashier who is believed to have left a door unlocked so that the other suspects could enter the store after closing.
