In addition to taking Monday off for Labor Day, county employees will be observing another of those unpaid furlough days on Tuesday. The landfill and trash compactor sites are among the public works and public safety operations that will continue as usual, however.
Public libraries in Hall County will also be closed Tuesday, in addition to Monday, as the county library system shuts down for a furlough day, as well.
