DAWSONVILLE - Bond is set at $200,000 each for two of three soldiers charged with tossing grenade simulators into a crowd of people in Dawsonville.

Jeremy Morgan and Nicholas Wendt were arrested earlier this month along with Thomas Campbell.

Wendt's attorney, Brent Turner, told Channel 2 Action News after Thursday's hearing that the charges against the trio - 32 each in all - are excessive. The two soldiers plan to go back to court to asked that the bond, set by Superior Court Jason Deal, be reduced.

Campbell's bond hearing is scheduled later this month.

All three are stationed at Camp Merrill in Dahlonega.
