GREENVILLE, S.C. - A nearly 500,000-square-foot shopping center is planned at Limestone and Jesse Jewell parkways in north Gainesville. <br /> <br /> A posting on Carolna Holdings, Inc. website provides few specifics about the the plans such as a timeline for construction. <br /> <br /> The posting primarily deals with the demographics of the Gainesville area, market data, maps, etc.<br /> <br /> The shopping center will be called New Holland Market and, according to one of the maps on the site, would be located on two tracts of land across Jewell from each other and between Limestone Parkway and White Sulphur Road.<br /> <br /> Carolina Holdings is now in its 23rd year with its primary emphasis on the development, leasing and management of "investment-quality commercial and residential properties." <br />
