The Sun has liquified my brain. Fortunately, I had my thimble with me and I was able to scoop up the drainage. It's in the freezer congealing right now. But that's not going to stop me from complaining. <br />

I usually get in trouble when I complain about Georgia summers. I always thought it was protected speech under the first Amendment. That, and the fact that carping about the weather has forever been a failsafe to be pulled out and dusted off during those awkward moments of idle chit-chat with a stranger. <br />
But according to one of my readers a couple of years ago, I'm dead wrong. By the miracle of email, I was informed that the summer weather in Georgia was the envy of the entire planet, and if I didn't like it, I could just pack up and go back to wherever I came from. Immediately, my readership dropped by thirty percent, leaving only my mother and I. <br />
