Senter, who placed third in the three-man race July 20 Republican Primary with 227 percent of the vote, said "I believe that Bobby and I share the same goals. He is the best choice for South Hall families in the runoff."
Banks expressed his thanks to Senter and asked for a strong showing of voter support in the runoff contest.
"Now more than ever before, we need a strong voice in place to say 'no' to government spending and taxes," Banks said. "I am committed to maintaining my role as the taxpayer's watchdog by holding the tough line and saving more of your tax dollars."
