NGTC, University of Phoenix sign articulation agreement

CLARKESVILLE - During the last few years, North Georgia Technical College (NGTC) has increased the distance learning possibilities for a variety of programs, an experience college officials say puts graduates in good stead for pursing advanced degrees with many colleges and universities
