Cresswind at Lake Lanier Experiencing Solid Sales

GAINESVILLE-Cresswind at Lake Lanier, a resort-inspired, waterfront active adult community adjacent to Lake Lanier announced today that it has sold 10 homes since its grand opening on April 17, 2010.

The Kolter Group, LLC, a West Palm Beach private investment firm focused on luxury masterplanned development re-launched the premier, gated community in Gainesville, Ga. after purchasing it out of bankruptcy earlier this year.
