Severe thunderstorm warning

UNDATED - A severe thunderstorm warning is in effect until 4:45 for Stephens and Habersham counties. <br /> <br /> At 3:45, National Weather Service Doppler Radar indicated a severe thunderstorm capable of producing quarter-size hail and 60 mile-an-hour winds four miles southeast of Hollywood or four miles west of Toccoa and moving northeast at 20 miles-an-hour.
