Winder child abuse arrest made

WINDER - Terae Marjorie Thomas, 28, of Winder was arrested Friday on two counts of 1st Degree Cruelty to Children in connection with last week's incident in which her toddler daughter were critically injured.

Thomas left her two children, ages 21 months old and 3 years old, unattended in a running vehicle for an undetermined amount of time, according to Winder police.
