Maryland wreck kills Buford man

BROOKEVILLE, Maryland - A North Gwinnett man has been killed in a traffic accident in Maryland.

Jose Roberto Rubi of Buford was a passenger in an SUV that left a road in Brookville Wednesday and hit a tree, according to Montgomery County police.

Two Maryland residents who were in the vehicle with Rubi were seriously injured in the crash.
