Weekend Rainfall 89 Percent Of Normal April Precipitation

CLEVELAND - If you thought we received a lot of rain over the weekend you were right, weather reporter Bill Kinsland has crunched the numbers and he says, in general, White County got 89% of it's full-month normal rainfall in just two days.  Data from the four reporting sites in the county reveals  the 2-day average is 4.54 inches. Average April normal is 5.10 inches.

Friday and Saturday, rainfall totals were:
 
SAUTEE:      4.37 inches (normal Month's rainfall: 4.98")/ 88%
 
CLEVELAND  3.75 inches (normal Month's rainfall: 4.68")/ 81%
 
HELEN:       5.32 inches (normal Month's rainfall: 5.28")/ 101%
 
BLACKSTOCK  5.08 inches (normal Month's rainfall: 5.44")/ 93%
