Hettich America, a company that makes hardware for kitchen cabinets, residential furniture and appliances, is consolidating the two facilities into one on Hamilton Mill Road.
In addition to the initial 100 jobs being created, company officials expect 50 more to be added in the next few years.
A ribbon cutting ceremony for the new facility is scheduled for early 2011.
