Girls tennis: Lady Falcons sweep Johnson

FLOWERY BRANCH - The Flowery Branch girls tennis team did not drop a set in taking a 5-0 win over Johnson Thursday in Region 7B-AAA action.

The Lady Falcons (12-4, 8-4 in region) got solid play from their entire lineup.

In singles, Anna Kate Shaw beat Cady Nix 6-1, 6-0 at No. 1; Elizabeth Mallory beat Kamy Field 6-2, 6-0 at No. 2; and, Morgan Reed beat Maggie Turner 6-3, 6-1 at No. 3.


In doubles, the No. 1 team of Molly Smith and Nicki Price beat Johnsonâ
