Buford's Carter gives verbal to Tennessee

BUFORD -- Buford girls basketball standout Andraya Carter gave a verbal committment to play for the University of Tennessee on Wednesday.

Carter, a sophomore, averaged 19.5 points and 6.5 rebounds while leading the Lady Wolves to their second straight state title this season.

Carter was the only returning starter on Buford's championship team this season.
