It would be located near Gilstrap Road and would include office, retail, restaurant, manufacturing and warehouse components. The matter is to go before the Hall County Planning Commission April 5.
At that same meeting, planners will be asked to consider changing the name of a section of another well-traveled South Hall road.
ROAD NAME CHANGE
The county wants to change th ename of the section of Hog Mountain Road between Friendship Road and the Gwinnett County line to Ridge Road "to revise the county maps to reflect the road name used by the residents along this section of road in their street addresses."
In January, the section of Friendship Road between I-985 and Lake Lanier Islands was renamed Lanier Islands Parkway.
