Retired Gainesville banker dies

GAINESVILLE - Mickey Wilson, a retired longtime Gainesville banker and commercial realtor, died Friday at Northeast Georgia Medical Center.

Wilson, a Hall County native, retired several years ago after a long banking career in Gainesville. After that, he turned to real estate, where he worked as a commercial real estate with Coldwell Banker Heritage Real Estate.

A memorial service is planned for Sunday at 3:00 at First Presbyterian Church in Gainesville.
