GAINESVILLE - The Hall County 911 center has a new mascot.

Holly is a dachshund that was rescued from a Murrayville home and now lives at the E-911 Center.

County officials say that she has gone from being emaciated to "rolly polly."

Plans calls for Holly, in addition to hanging out at the 911 center, to also become a familiar friend for kids in Hall County who are learning about safety.
