Boys basketball: North Hall falls to Chattahoochee in tourney final

JOHNS CREEK -- In a battle of top ranked teams, Class AAA No. 2 North Hall fell to Class AAAA No. 6 Chattahoochee 72-65 Wednesday night in the finals of the Chattahoochee Holiday Classic.

Chris Barnes paced North Hall with 17 points while Ethan Smith had 14 for the Trojans (7-4). Imani Cross had 11 points for North Hall, which has dropped four of its last seven games after a 4-0 start.

it doesn't get any easier for the Trojans, who travel to No. 9 West Hall Thursday in a battle of Region 8-AAA powers.
