Lisa Lynette Clark, who now goes by her married name of Lisa Gonzalez, is trying to regain custody of the child she had with a teenager that she later married.
Gonzalez was convicted of statutory rape and went to prison, after making international headlines in 2006 with her now husband Adrian, after announcing that she was pregnant with his child.
Since then, the couple's now 4-year-old son has been living with a legal guardian, Angela Perkins, who has raised him. Lisa and Adrian Gonzalez went before a judge Wednesday to ask for custody of their son.
Fox 5, quoting family members, reports, their request was denied, but the judge did grant them additional visitation with the boy.
