Zac Brown Band up for 4 CMA awards

NEW YORK - This year's Country Music Association awards will be handed out Wednesday night and Dahlonega's Zac Brown Band is in the running for four of them.

The group has been nominated for Entertainer of the Year, New Artist of the Year, Vocal Group of the Year, and Musical Event of the Year.

The Zac Brown Band includes namesake, Zac Brown, a native of Dahlonega, and John Hopkins, a Gainesville native.
