The Lady Trojans (27-13) beat host Shaw 25-16, 25-20, 25-12 in the best-of-five format. They next will take on the winner of Locust Grove-Dalton match-up on Tuesday. North Hall would host if Dalton wins and travel to Locust Grove if the Lady Wildcats win.
Against Shaw, Kathryn Bell had 25 assists, two kills, and three aces to pace the North Hall offense. Lauren Gregory had eight kills and five digs, Sarah Paschall had 16 digs, four kills, and three blocks, and Madison Copeland added 10 kills and one block for the Lady Trojans.
Mary Kate Rushton had five kills and one block, McKenna Rushton had three kills, two blocks, and one assist, Megan Cox had 11 digs and one assist, and Jenn Owen added five digs for North Hall.
North Hall came into the tournament as the No. 3 seed from Area 8-AAA.
