STATHAM - Ten of the 200 or so people detained during a police raid in Barrow County Sunday night face a total of 14 charges in connection with the bust.

Barrow County Sheriff Jud Smith tells Channel 2 Action News the house in Statham was operating as a bar but did not have a business or liquor license.

Smith says it wasn't just booze that was being sold but drugs as well, including cocaine and crack cocaine. A number of guns were also found and confiscated.

The house which is on Thurmond Road in Statham was littered with beer cans and bottles, liquor bottles, etc.

A relative of the owner of the house that was targeted, Megan Thurmond, said the house, located on Thurmond Road in Statham, was, for years, a regular gathering place for family members on Sundays. But she say after her grandfather died earlier this year, the atmosphere began to change and it became a gathering place for more than just family.

Those arrested and the charges they face are:

Broderick Kiwanice Jones, 21, Bethlehem
