Girls basketball: Buford slams Blessed Trinity

BUFORD -- The top-ranked Buford girls basketball team had little trouble with Blessed Trinity on Saturday, cruising to a 71-45 win at Buford.

Andraya Carter scored 17 points, while Alysha Rudnik had 16, as the Lady Wolves remained undefeated on the season (10-0, 3-0 Region 6-AA). Sheresse Williams also added 11, and Taylor Tate scored 10.

Buford travels to take on Greater Atlanta Christian on Tuesday.
