It happened in the 1500 block about 10:30.
Hall County Fire Chief David Kimbrell says 911 got a call from someone who said the "sofa and wall were on fire."
Kimbrell said firefighters reported a "visual of heavy flames" from I-985 where they were returning from another call.
"Firefighters arrived to find...heavy fire showing."
All four occupants inside the home were able to get out, uninjured.
The Red Cross will assist the occupants, who were staying at a neighbors' home. The investigation into the blaze is ongoing.
