The run capped an 8-0 fourth quarter for the Leopards (2-2, 2-1 in region) who won their second straight region game.
Banks County opened the scoring with a 30-yard field goal from Dean Ewing in the first quarter. Rabun County (1-3, 0-3) answered with a touchdown late in the first quarter to take a 7-3 lead.
The Leopards took a 10-7 lead into halftime, however, after Matthew Patton, who finished with 82 yards, scored late in the second quarter.
The Wildcats again came back with a third quarter touchdown to grab a 14-10 lead heading into the fourth quarter. Banks County closed the gap to 14-12 on a safety one play after being stopped on a goal line stand by the Wildcats.
Duncan finished with 23 yards on just four carries and Chris Smith added 77 yards on the ground for the Leopards.
