CLEVELAND - The City of Cleveland has issued a Boil Water Notice due to a water main break at the intersection of Cemetery Street and Georgia Highway 115 east in Cleveland.

Tom Guy, Water Distribution Operator for the city, said the advisory will affect city water customers located in the southeast part of the water service area to Pinecrest Circle and east to the Willows Subdivision.

Guy said the boiled water is for drinking purposes or you can use bottled water until bacteriological samples can be collected and tested. He added water needs to be boiled until the city lifts the notice.
