Rodney Pressley, Habitat High instructor said "The foundation is complete and the walls are going up as we move through the framing stage of construction."
The Habitat High program, which began in the fall of 2007, is the result of a collaborative effort among the Hall County School System, Hall County Home Builders Association, and Hall Habitat for Humanity.
The objective is to recruit students from school system construction classes, place them on a residential home construction site with a highly qualified, experienced instructor, and have them to construct the Habitat for Humanity Home from the ground up.
To date, Habitat High students have completed four homes.
