CAMP PHOENIX, Afghanistan - Leaders from the Afghan National Police (ANP), Regional Police Advisory Command (RPAC), Kabul, and coalition forces met recently to address logistical obstacles, as well as countering fraudulent activity in the supply system, and the implementation of more accurate record keeping.
This was the first meeting of its kind in which all the key ANP and RPAC leadership from he 48th Infantry Brigade Combat Team (IBCT) (a Georgia National Guard unit), and the Illinois Army National Guardâ
