CARNESVILLE - Commerce running back Deon Brock rushed for 159 yards and two touchdowns but it wasn't enough as the Tigers fell 21-14 to Franklin County Friday night.

Franklin County led 21-0 early in the third quarter before Brock and the Tigers finally got going. Brock scored on runs of 58 and 60 yards to cut the lead to 21-14 in the fourth quarter.

The Tigers got the ball back late in the game and drove to the Franklin 10 with 16 seconds left. But quarterback Cody Streetman was stopped on a run at the Franklin 6 as time ran out as the Tigers were trying to tie the game.

Streetman finished with 70 yards on 8-of-16 passing. Jon Cash caught two passes for 40 yards for Commerce.
