Pilot program aims to reduce DUI

GAINESVILLE - Hall County is the site of a pilot program designed to keep drunk drivers off the road.

Through September 7, Bill's Place, Inc., an aftercare facility for substance abusers in Gainesville, is offering to drive Hall County residents home (from within the county) if they feel they've had too much to drink... and they'll see that your car gets home, too.
