Softball: Perry tosses one-hitter to lead Jefferson to win

JEFFERSON - Kara Perry allowed just one hit and no runs to lead the Jefferson softball team to a 5-0 win over rival Commerce Thursday.

Commerce managed just one third inning single off Perry, who also struck out nine Tuesday

Jefferson improved to 5-4 on the season with the win.

The Lady Dragons next will travel to Elbert County on Monday.
