Kubota expanding

GAINESVILLE - Gainesville Planning and Appeals Board approval of a road closing Tuesday night paves the way for an expansion at Kubota Tractor Manufacturing, one of Gainesville's largest employers, which will employ 35 people.

Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce Economic Development Vice President Tim Evans says this allows Kubota to expand into the former Peachtree Doors and Windows building.
