Brown St. ceremony marks an 'end' and a 'beginning'

GAINESVILLE - A ribbon-cutting Tuesday morning celebrated the completion of road construction projects on Brown Street and the beginning of code enforcement efforts to revitalize the south Gainesville neighborhood.
