Rudnik, a catcher, has been a major contributor to the Wolves' back-to-back Class AA state championships the past two seasons. Rudnik was also named Class AA State Player of the Year by the Georgia Athletic Coaches Association last fall after hitting .485 with 32 RBIs and 33 runs scored.
Rudnik comes into her senior season at Buford with a .432 career batting average and is just eight RBIs away from 100 for her career. Rudnik also carries a 3.95 grade point average and ranks fourth in her class.
"I like being close to home, [Tech has] great academics and [the program] is getting better and better," Rudnik said. "For me, it was an easy choice."
