Antonio Marcias, 49, was arrested without incident Thursday on Candler Highway, according to Lt. Scott Ware of the Hall County Multi-Agency Narcotics Squad.
Lt. Ware says Marcias was found in possession of 4.5 pounds of marijuana, with an estimated street value of $9,000.
Marcias is charged with possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute
and felony possession of marijuana.
