Braselton's library "Friends" raise $7,000 at luau

BRASELTON - Friends of the Braselton-West Jackson Library recently raised $7,000 in its second annual fundraiser.

The event, dubbed "Luau for the Library," attracted some 115 supporters. Those in attendance were entertained by Tiffanyc Milagro. Auctioneer Ralph Richardson, Jr. auctioned donated items.

All monies raised will go for the purchase of library materials and the funding of library programs.
