Tennis: Brenau falls to Berry

ROME -- The Brenau tennis team, ranked No. 10, fell to the No. 3 Berry Vikings 5-4 in the semi-final round of the SSAC Tennis Tournament today in Rome.

Freshman Lyn See Choo won her 20th singles match of the season. Choo is currently 20-2 after winning 6-2, 6-4. Liubov Orlova also took a win in singles. Hannah Thompson and Choo won in doubles. Jolene Wong and Paula Ghilardotti also won in doubles.

The Golden Tigers are 17-5 going into the National Tournament, which is their best mark since the 2004-05 season when the Tigers were 19-5. Brenau opened up the tournament in the morning with an easy 5-0 win over Reinhardt, losing only two games in the match.
