Help available for purchase of foreclosed homes

ATLANTA - The Georgia Department of Community Affairs (DCA) has launched a new program, using federal funds, which is designed to encourage the purchase of foreclosed and abandoned homes in 85 counties, including Hall.

The Georgia Dream-Neighborhood Stabilization Purchase Program will provide $14,000 to each eligible borrower purchasing foreclosed properties in the stateâ
