Decision expected Monday on motorsports park

DAWSONVILLE - The Dawsonville City Council is expected to make a decision Monday night on plans for a motorsports park which have drawn strong opposition from people who live near the site.

The decision to postpone a vote on the rezoning of the 152-acre site off Duck Thurmond Road was announced February 16 following a two-hour public hearing held by the council.
