The change will compress the current nine schools of study into three. The schools will be the School of Christian Ministries, the School of Arts and Sciences, and the School of Professional Studies. The current schools will become departments distributed among the three schools. The change will not affect any of the twenty-seven majors offered at the college, but will have a positive impact on the effectiveness and efficiency of the programs.
