Mobile home fire under investigation

GAINESVILLE - No word yet on what caused a mobile home fire in the 3000 block of Bob Bryant Road. Hall County Fire Chief David Kimbrell said the call came in around noon Tuesday.

Kimbrell said a passerby on Athens Highway saw the smoke and called authorities.

"When they (firefighters) arrived, they did find a double-wide mobile home about 80-percent involved," said Kimbrell. "It is believed the structure may have been vacant."
