The lucky top prize ticket was purchased at Chevron Food Mart, located at 2025 Athens Highway in Gainesville.
Nguyen, who works at a plant in Pendergrass, is married with a 19-year-old son.
According to Nguyen, he will use his prize to pay bills and pay off his home mortgage.
