Gainesville BOE neutralizing its budget

GAINESVILLE - The Gainesville Board of Education voted Monday night to add twelve children to the daycare program generally used only by those who work in the city school system... another move aimed at helping with the current economic woes facing the system.

School officials hope to have the youngsters enrolled in the daycare program by March 1.
